This album has always had a special place in my heart. As soon as I really started getting into her music, this album got released. While it’s not critically acclaimed as some of her other albums (namely Surfacing and Fumbling Towards Ecstasy), I enjoy it all the same. Sometimes I even think I enjoy it more since it was really the first full album I’d listened to from her.

razrv3lc It's my favorite album of hers, even though I started listening when Fumbling Towards Ecstasy came.out. Laws of Illusion is probably her best work overall, a sad yet uplifting story told in album form.
