On my mom's side of the family, all of us say I love you. All my Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, My mom, Sister, Brother-in-law, Niece, Nephew, and so on. We all say I love you when we depart. So, over the years I started saying to my dad and step-mom which had always been a 'Take care' family, and they will now beat me to it. Saying 'I love you.' before I do. It's pretty awesome.

Thanks Tom Papa, & Sarah for a lovely, mellow podcast episode. Watched it with a big cuppa joe, in my chair on the porch. It’s sunny today; and this was perfect! (Although still missing Keira Saltybitch …:)

Dog whisperer here - dogs are telepathic so when you think about getting up from your desk to do whatever, the dogs read that and know. Why it is really important to visualize what you want your dog to do to communicate it. The energy part is calmness/leadership vs anxious fearful weak.

Smoker here. Also, I'm 70 years old. I think not starting to smoke until I was age 12, helped. I didn't begin smoking cigarettes until I was 30. I picked it up at one of my first jobs. My coworkers were allowed to take smoke breaks, when ever. We worked in retail, and they were allowed to smoke on the sales floor,....though they usually went to our break-room or stood outside. I began to smoke, because I was missing out on all the "breaks" they were granted. I had to work harder, and cover for them.

“Those are inside words!” 😆One of the greatest nights of my life was watching Sarah do ten minutes of inappropriate material in front of a stuffy audience before she brought up Bill Clinton. Thanks for the great episode from a couple of OG Low Key Killers.

Guys, Dogs have a type of mental telepathy, seriously. Animals communicate this way. They pick up the images that you are picturing in your mind and they feel the energy around those thoughts.

I get that when we are with them and leaving, but then saw a while back where they experimented with a dog who always knew when their human would be home soon. They used different times, different modes of transportation, no other humans around to get info off of, sometimes just a camera, and the dog always went to the front door/window when the human was close. How?!?

The way cigarettes worked for me was: I was a smoker for about twelve years with months-long and weeks-long breaks during the years. Then, in year 2010 ,I cessated entirely one day and I have not had any cig since. Not one. Cold turkey and that was that. Every once in a while I get what I think is an urge to have another but I keep stopping myself. Also I didn't have any alcohol at all after year 2005. It takes willpower and an INTEREST to quit. Those are all. Looking back now at the years when I was a smoker and a drinker I can see those times when I thought I wanted to quit... I really didn't want to quit. People quit when they're ready. .. or, when the die.

Doing any kind of show, takes a ton of energy, it's easy to burn yourself out during the day and have the show suffer. I'm in music not comedy, but I'm guessing it's the same thing.

For me it's like that but only with some people. Can't really explain how it's different from person to person but there are some people I find that, when they're eating near me, I MUST get myself away from them lol.. like a compulsion, I flee.

neurotic. That's the word you are looking for... Neuroticism is a core personality trait characterized by emotional instability, irritability, anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and other negative feelings. Like other personality traits, neuroticism exists on a continuum, which means that people can be high, low, or somewhere in the middle in terms of this trait. Sounds like everyone I know? Me! Ahhhhhh...
