Love Matt! He’s such a down to earth guy and actor, even after decades of being an A list movie star. He still seems to be a guy that you could talk to on the street. Good Will Hunting is one of my favorite movies. Genius script.

Matt Damon has always continued to impress me both as an actor and a human being. Here he is clearly just as the real him which is funny, smart, articulate, interesting, and by the way, sans makeup. One just does not sense any 'movie star' ego nor feigned humbleness.

It’s the intelligent actors, that don’t sell out to the Hollywood promotion agenda. Please continue to make the movies with great humour, interesting plots, creative thought provoking scenarios, unique themes, avoiding “woke” issues and small group agenda’s (it’s all about us and our confused identity crisis).

What about Doug’s 2020 documentary???? I love both you guys, so there’s that. We’re also contemporaries, so there’s that. But c’mon, we’re all good and decent gringos seeking the good life, and Doug (at least was) sitting on an important documentary about a situation that you both know needs a champion and genius like Doug to marshal to every screen in America. I’m also a political scientist, if that helps with what I’m referring to. I don’t want to hijack or taint this great interview with salient grievances, so you’ll have to fill in the blanks. Thanks fellas-thanks for decades of service to that which completely satisfies my lust for entertainment. When either of you are involved, I’m the opposite of Teddy KGB. Cheers. And I just want to say to Doug Liman, good luck, we’re all counting on you.
@stwilhite13 ай бұрын
Don’t mistake the gringo reference for what it’s not. It’s self deprecation. I’m a 100% full open borders person. I can also make an informed argument why we should be. Never mind that. I’m just trying to get a bug into Liman’s ear.

Tom. Love the show. But this camera angle is terrible. If I'm the guy in the room watching you guys talk, I'm standing above you off at an angle looking down. Not a comfortable stance, makes the audience uneasy. You wanna make the audience feel like they're part of the room and the folks listening in. All the camera flips are also very distracting. Please tell your PD.

This new segment with the random bodega items you find sounds racist. the snacks you make fun of ( I’ve heard 2 episodes where you do it) are legitimately from some people’s culture ( well shrimp chips anyway and the carnitas taco itself) and are not considered by them “disgusting” are I hope you stop doing it, I’m not being crazy I promise, it really comes off racist especially because the majority of the time you are interviewing other white guys. You said something like I like good food so I thought we should try some garbage. It would be different if you were doing snacks that are just weird American snacks like special edition leprechaun Cinnamon Toast Crunch that they came out with or something that they will randomly have and see what your guests think but using snacks from other cultures ain’t it. The C Pringles was a better choice than the shrimp chips. the uncomfortable moment segment isn’t needed either. It interrupts the flow, maybe you could just v organically say you are going to bring up something sensitive rather than announcing it as a segment.
@sparqqling3 ай бұрын
How is it racist not liking a specific food? Why are you offended? Are you identifying yourself with shrimp crackers? Are you a shrimp cracker?
@perseus94283 ай бұрын
Some cultures actually do have shitty food . Stinky Tofu ? Rancid Shark ? Pig’s Blood? People like you are under the delusion that you actually know things because you watch influencers… The fact is most people your age are too ignorant to have interesting opinions. You say everything and do absolutely zero.
