I been watching UCONN since 1990, the player development during the season is outstanding. They recruit well and most of the players are much better when they leave. Xavier had players with limited skill sets and confidence. Two of them were good enough to be 15+ scorers with proper spacing. Clearly ball handling is their greatest weakness and the ball pressure they faced was intentional! Strong has top 5 or 10 UCONN ranking in her future . Samuel’s talent is great and needs to control her body on the drive and shoot floaters and develop the mid range. Her possibilities are endless with patience.

UCONN girls need to find a more competitive league to play in. So hard to get excited about a blow out win over what amounts to an average high school team. That said still glad to see Azzi and Allie scoring.

Fudd is taking in the lane and laying it up for easy baskets, we already knew she could shoot from outside but her inside game is impressive. The freshman class is coming on STRONG! 😘 UConn basketball 🏀

Seems like some folks are having "Azzi Amnesia" these days: forgetting just how good Ms. Fudd can be when she's healthy. People should go into the Wayback Machine to '22 and check the stats from before her injury: 26pts. against Northeastern, 32pts against #3 Texas, 32pts against #10 NC state. She got in a thrilling 3rd quarter shootout with Caitlin Clark. She’s just hitting her stride again: get ready!

bruh she played well against ranked teams this season. She missed the top 10 matchups (notre dame and USC) due to her knee though, unfortunately. Plus like @/misterpatrick6126 said, she showed off with top matchups pre-injury too

Knowing that someone important for the team is injured, of course, she's gonna play harder, and they are going to pass the ball more. Azzi has a great game every time she just plays harder sometimes
