Cuddle Fairy thanks, I do think it looks nice although my husband now tells me he doesn’t like it ‘out’ on show so I’m not sure what to do - perhaps remove a shelf in the cupboard 🤷‍♀️

If you open and shut the door before it goes beep then do you have to press start or does it continue?

Hello, from memory I think you have to press start to continue but I’m afraid I can’t check as we have now switched to a different microwave that fits in our new cupboard so I’m afraid I can’t check for you

I think LOCKING the function buttons makes more sense as the child would still play with the buttons and activate if only the door was locked. I think you should read the manual next time...

In hindsight yes I realised it locked just the functions and not the door, which is why I added the over text in afterwards - but I like to be honest with reviews and as a ‘child lock’ in other scenarios (car or washing machine for example) usually means a door I don’t think I’d be the only one who read the manual for a guide on how to set the child lock and assumed this would lock the door also 🤷‍♀️ perhaps my expectations were a bit too high 🤣

Waaaay too much bleeping for me! It’s bleeping every single time you touch any button. It would drive me nuts and I’d end up putting it outside and driving over it 😂 I do wish all microwaves had a ‘silent’ button. I love the style of this microwave, but ITS BIG FAT NO TO THE INCESSANT bleeping 🙉
