Thank you, Sarah. Your light language transmission. It is always so beautiful and calming. For the last 4 days, in addition to a complete colon cleanse, I feel a low hum of energy through my body. My ears are ringing and i feel pressure, as if my head, hands, legs, and feet are ready to burst. I'm ready for bed 2-3 hours after I've gotten up. I feel like I'm moving energy for myself and for the collective. Anyone else feeling similar symptoms? Thank you again for sharing your beautiful Transmissions.

Thank you, Sarah❤️🌸 I cried like a waterfall. I’ve been experiencing so much sadness, grief, stress and also hopelessness and disconnection. I feel like the old me no longer exists, my identities are washed away, and I’m not yet sure where I’m being led, what the future holds. The road is foggy, yet I’m taking one step at a time. Trusting my own internal guidance and listening to the subtle whispers of my soul. Being in the present moment and practicing forgiveness. Surrendering to the sadness and what is. One step at a time. This helped me a lot. 👣🌸🌟🌱🌅

Did take some time to play this month... My art form for after we move... Opened up packing boxes and plates with crystals, gemstones and treasures collected. It uplift me. Even got social with gathering to celebrate worker owned health food store coop we helped to get started in an inner city. There was a woman Canadian Indian Nation whose grandfather is a well respected medicine elder... We are San Francisco Bay Area US.. just being around loving people was uplifting and helped raise vibrations and hope. I feel the closer we get the severe contrast between the earth we are moving into vs the false mental matrix and fall, becomes ever more intense to deal with. HANG IN THERE EVERYONE!!! I do find just breathing into tense areas of the body or areas expressing "ascension symptoms" helps... Can seem like an endless pit of density we are transforming, alchemizing... You are all loved and not alone - we are in this together!

My husband is actually facing the death of his physical right now. Hospice will start in 2days. As his home caregiver I strongly feel this experience, but see how it correlates to my 4 pregnancies and birthing processes from decades ago. At night we decided it’s ok for me to wish him Bon voyage rather than ‘good night’.

I had done this before on the day that you posted the video, but I felt it more today, for some reason. I have no attachments to this world even though I love my son with all of my heart, I choose to not attach to anything or anyone so that we may reencounter with all those we love again as we remember our divinity individually and collectively. Thank u dear sarah .. these days i have been feeling like im disappearing from reality its very unsettling feeling to experience and for my mind to go through Feels like a wave that comes and washes my body from my identity and im left in my body feeling so strange like i don't know this person that is me And with every wave that comes i feel i can barely hold on to my reality to my self to my room.. Also since yesterday im feeling the need to sit alone with my self more and not engage with any one... im doing my best to go into solitude to go inward right now Its a bit hard when u live with people that don't understand the need for alone time and solitude.

Last night I felt so helpless in everything in my life. Like what is the point in all this. There are endless perspectives in the spiritual world and it just seems like everyone is telling their truths but at the same time it leads to the same thing that we don’t know.
