I used to live out west in Oregon and Washington. Much of my childhood was out there. My mother took me to the coastlines a lot. I remember Vancouver Island from living near Seattle. We moved to Alaska and went on extended camping trips there in Denali National Park. We woke up to a family of otters one morning. We we're camped on the beach. Something that is not being mentioned about this time is the geomagnetic excursion that is currently happening. That means the magnetic poles are shifting, a lot, and speeding up. So what does that mean? Well, it means the magnetic field that protects our planet from solar and galactic radiation has weakened by over 25% and will continue to weaken. This is a natural and recurring cycle that appears to have happened many times. The last time was 12,000 years or so ago, which just happens to have occurred during the “Younger Dryas.” That was a time when that great civilization collapsed. Hi Sarah, Thank you for this video. I found you just recently on You Tube and am so glad I did. Your messages have helped me so much! As a Lightworker Ive found myself to be more of a hermit these days (lol). Yesterday I watched this video and followed along with the breath work till the end. Then I went about my day. In the evening I was making dinner and all of a sudden I was itchy and hot in my body! I went to the mirror and realized I had broken out in a rash in my face, neck, chest, arms, not my hands though and my back. I thought I was having an allergic reaction but my throat wasn't swelling or closing (thank goodness) so I took a Reactin (allergy pill) anyway jic. This rash was intense! I had not eaten anything for a few hours prior to it happening. Also I became very tired and I didn't want to eat anything jic it would get worse. So I sat down and rested for a bit and asked my body wtf is going on? Immediately in my head was ascension symptoms. I am wondering if because I listened to this video that it unlocked something within me and I was releasing stuff that my body no longer needed? Anyway I went to bed and today I have no rash but woke up with a headache, I didn't dream and felt really foggy this morning in my head. Also to note my coffee doesn't taste the same today (sadly).

Thank you for your message! That was INTENSE with the Ascension Symptoms. When I tapped into your experience, Yes, you are spot on the 'Light Quotient' video was a detox for your vessel. You had a leveling up and coffee and other foods/drinks and even energies may no longer resonate with you. This is positive, however, change is not always easy! When releasing family, friends, etc that no longer align with Integrity, Love and Truth this is a huge part of our journey and it is so not easy (that's an understatment🥹).
