Another great episode. Jairo keep it real, and I like that. His questions are great. I also prefer Guanacaste, the weather, amenities, and less rain which allows me to enjoy the beaches more.

We retired here over 3 years ago and after renting over a year in different areas of CR starting at the beach in Guanacaste and Uvita, Dominical , Ojochiel, we then went up to the mountains for cooler temps and no need for AC. We settled in the Mountains in Heredia. Central Valley was definitely our place. We bought our house here 2 years ago in an all locals neighborhood and we love our decision and never regret our choice. I believe it's best to live in different areas to find ones place because it's so different everywhere in this Country. We prefer living among the locals and immersing ourselves into the people, culture and history of this beautiful Country. We have that in our community. We have beautiful friends that are all locals and the friendships are real !! We have an autistic adult son with us and living in the central valley has been the best decision with everything so close yet we live rural. Pura Vida 😊😊

Once again, many thanks to you both for creating your new and excellent podcast; the topics you cover for folks like me, who is in the middle of relocating, are relevant and timely. You present your perspectives clearly and personally; I look forward to listening to every episode. Muchas gracias. Namaste 🙏

Its true, everyone has their own favorite place in Costa Rica. The only way to know is to just visit. That being said, Costa Rica is just stunning. Finding your favorite place is half the fun. Theres so many different climates, plants, animals, towns and vistas

First time watching your show. I’m happy I found it. Are there any tiny home communities there? Tiny homes on wheels/trailers. Thank you.

Hi you have mentioned the gymnastics spot in Jaco before and I know there are gyms around but maybe you can talk more about that on the podcast like are there large gyms or aerobics or yoga gyms and classes . I practice with a Cyr wheel and wonder if there are any indoor larger spaces like basketball courts or anything like that. . Great podcast! You and hiro are awesome keep the good energy going!

@@paulcarreras4497 we have one larger gym in jaco but you’ll find it’s smaller than you’re used to likely. Basket ball court is at the community center outdoors. New pickleball court is opening soon. There are other gym studios that have classes. Plus yoga. A bit of everything! Just not all in one exact building.

I have a question. Are there long term car rentals available? Or is there a secure place to leave a vehicle if you purchase one? Due to grandchildren’s birthdays here in the states we will only be in Costa Rica for maybe six-nine months out of the year. Trying to figure the whole needing a car thing out.
