I've also used Jairo's rental service several times with no issues. Car rentals are very expensive in Costa Rica. At least you will know in advance what you will have to pay.

@@angelrose1597 we picked it up and returned it at the airport. They shuttled you to the place you pick up your car. They also shuttle you back to the airport after you return it. We’re actually going back soon.

Jairo offered for me to call him if I was getting jacked by the Transitos again. FYI, they look for rental cars and pull you over for ANY infraction then offer to make it go away for huge on the spot donations....Just take the ticket, or offer them $20 not $200 if they ask or maybe, call Jairo...dont show them your wallet. Have a spare throw away wallet pro tip

Sorry, but this company said it cared and was the best way to go do avoid all the added fees of named rentaL COMPANIES. Said I would cost $1000. for 10 days. I got a car for 10 days with Budget, though Expedia. No added fees, except the manditory insurance I knew about. Quick in and Out. 7 Passenger Toyota Rush, $729.
