Kara/Cara is a pretty common name here (for people my age at least) in the USA. I’ve never seen it spelled Kaira though.

I saw the name Hunterleigh on Pinterest which is so cute, don’t normally like names with harsh consonants in them for girls but I like the soft ending which makes it more feminine yet still strong
