She just comes across as such a sweet, down to earth, nice person. Who would've thought I'd love listening to her talk about bloody mushrooms lol

I have read the two books you mention, both interesting, especially Entangled Life. Good for you, spending time outside and learning about nature. I have just started watching your channel and appreciate your professional approach, the steady pace of your videos, and the triggers you use. You are personal without going into too much detail, probably what most viewers want for relaxation. I find your comments about Mexico to be interesting as I have traveled a lot in various parts of Mexico. Very good channel!

you have my favorite asmr whisper ever!! it's so perfect to me. perfect volume, clarity, tappy-ness, breathiness, etc. if i were a person who got tingles i'm sure it would be crazy tingly. it's so good that sometimes i get very baby like *almost* tingles or pre-tingles lol. i also appreciate the minimal mouth sounds while you're talking (and lovely mouth sounds when it's intentional. really the only mouth sounds i actually like haha). great video! it's awesome to be able to go through your backlog between new uploads and still have so many wonderful videos to enjoy while i'm working or falling asleep

I’m glad you talked about psychedelics in this one, it sucks you’ll get demonetized for going to deep into it. But they’ve done me an immense amount of good and continue to, and while watching your other videos I was like “oh yeah, she knows whats up” this was cool to confirm it. I actually started watching these after about half a gram of mushrooms/my personal issues in moment came together to manifest a great deal of anxiety. It was a difficult experience but at the end of the day these videos were very helpful. I’m better off the day after and still watching your videos :)

This video was super tingly! I loved it. I took note of the ASMR artists you mentioned. 😊 I enjoyed the poetic lyrics reading part, it was so relaxing. I do like the Spanish words or phrases- the sudden switching of the language gives me tingles. You asked what other triggers we enjoy-- I like the crinkly sound of some packaging. For example, the paper packaging of bags of tea. I am always looking for nice sounding packaging 😂

I was falling asleep to this last night and I jumped awake automatically when you said something and I just wanted to come back and comment. I too read "how to change your mind" and as someone who has suffered from CPTSD for many years I have really been looking into trying that. Even my psychiatrist gave me the go ahead to see if I could find a trial to be in. I'm specifically interested in psilocybin. I don't know if you come back and check your old comments but I just wanted you to know that you got my attention 😂

Awesome video Sarah! I love all these new triggers ✨ the straw was 💖 🤯 I like the bracelets on one hand and I need to get me that humidifier ❤️ I especially like rustling sounds like the fabric/clothes make when moving and your mic’s always pick them up so nice 😊 it would be neat if with the bracelets, nails, rings, typing, gum chewing, ☕️ , the role play was a secretary taking your message in person while she takes phone messages too (even a Spanish call)…can u imagine if she had a typewriter too! The hand movements could be giving directions 😀 So many ideas !!!!
