Hi guys 💜 this asmr video is a tingly, ear to ear whisper video, with mouth sounds, tongue clicking, finger flutters, face touching, inaudible whispers, finger pad tapping, and more! The first half of the video includes some life updates & rambles - and the second half is designed to help you turn off your brain, fall asleep, or relax with inaudible whispers, "relax," affirmations, and other triggers.

I enjoy these videos:) they are relaxing and nothing but chill vibes 😌 your ramble about meeting up with friends and doing what you enjoy like mountain climbing felt relevant to me but for the community in the ASMR, believe me it is what i needed because my circle of "friends" were people that weren't healthy for me .. long story short I used to get drunk alot until one night i got into an accident and it changed me, I had no friends bc they weren't healthy people (they made fun of you for doing healthy things for yourself) anyway one night i listened to asmr bc i was having a hard time sleeping and here I am almost 4 years later in place that is safe and everyone seems down to earth :) thank you for reminding me that there are good people out there

I agree !!💯 I just found out about asmr I’m 63 and definitely didn’t know it was a thing but I’m hooked Ive always suffered with some anxiety and depression and can’t sleep without medication but recently i stopped taking meds and Sarah has helped me greatly. this isnt only asian inspired, it is a japanese bonsai scissor. greate for cutting green up to lightly wooden plant material. I have got the longer nosed version of them and I love to use them. no more yellow leaves on any plant near by haha nothing better than working with great tools. mine came that sharp, you didn't even hear them cutting.
