You totally solved my issue. Last weekend I tried this with the exact strainer and I got mud. My layers were too thin. I am going to try this again with thicker layers. Gorgeous composition. I love watching you create!

I tried a colander pour today, scraped it, poured again tried to blow it out and scraped it again. I had to walk away. Now I’m tempted to go back up and just whatever I get, I get.

It looks marvelous. Maybe blow in the center or on the edges. I think it turned out fine. Looks like a rosette. The second pour reminds me of an ocean wave.

Hi Jane, thank you! I’m still figuring out the colors we will be using (but I’m leaning towards this color combo approx). With that said the canvas size will be 16”x16” and you will have the option to leave them to dry and they will ship them to you!

Hi! In the cup it is used to mix the paint with the pouring medium. On a canvas, a stick can be used to create more patterns.
