I've been watching other car channels, and your channel continues to stand out as better than all the others because you do such a great job of editing and camera work. You have nice level shots without all the shakiness going on, you've got framing and cropping down to a T, you pick awesome music.... I love the whole package with your channel. The floor mounted parking brake has at least one advantage in my eyes: you can use it to improve traction. 2 years ago i was driving on ice with my E63 (RWD) with good winter tires it wasn't a problem. But when i wanted to park the car i had to revers in a 90° turn. which the car wouldn't do. The front brakes do 70% of the braking while the rear wheels are driven. That means that on this icy (it rained on frozen ground) the front wheels would loos traction when turning the steering wheel while the rear ones had only the 30% braking and were turned by the engine. And because this all hapend at very slow speed no electronic interferred. So the only way to get the car into the parking spot was to aplly the parking brake 2 notches and park the car as in dry weather. With the nowadays installed electronic parking brakes you can't do that, they have no adjustement, youn can only aplly them or not. And btw.: why do they all install the electronic ones? because it is cheaper and takes up less space. (even though it isn't any lighter in most cases)

Looks like a fun car, and even more fun of a drive you guys adventured on! Those hood scoops are more for letting hot air out than cold air in. Moving air that came in through the grill out the top of the hood keeps it from going under the car and gets it out of the engine bay quicker, it can make a surprising downforce improvement on some cars. That parking brake is annoying, Lexus has EPBs in at least most of their other cars and have for years, I don't get it. I haven't looked into the 2020, but are they moving away from a normal automatic and towards a dual clutch? I don't see why else they would have to add a launch control feature. I was honestly expecting 3 and a half beans out of that guy, at least some sort of a topping.

Came across the RC F review and thought it was great, thanks for not dinging the RC F too much, I really loved that car. I had the first year for about 19 months, it was great. I tracked many times and can tell you that you are spot on about the brakes. They never faded even with the stock pads. Road trips were great, and it does beg you to show your inner ricer, or in my case, 18 year old "Better Off Dead" John Cusak in his 69 Camaro. For my son's sixth birthday, his "dad present" was huge donuts in the parking lot. Keep up the great videos! (I have posted a few so, so track day videos of the RC F)

This car is a dream to drive. It's expensive as a first new car, but "cheap" or attainable at second hand with 1 year use. It's like being in a cockpit of a modern Airbus bus. The brakes are strong enough to cause a disc herniation in your neck. Just a heads up, first maintenance WILL BE EXPENSIVE if own the car. And if you want it to run smoothly. That transmission oil changed at 30k! Dont listen to anyone. You'll thank me if own it and you actually see the oil. It will literally feel like theres sand in the oil. Realistically if your going to own a car, it would advisable to chnage the transmission, and diff oil at 30k miles.
