Plan for 2021 year - more running than bicycling (952 kilometers of run since i started in october thanks to You and 14836 kilometers of bike ride in 2020 + 3250 kilometers e-bike ride) and, after this video - more healthly food! Literally make the same salad, chopped in that order!! Quick n easy. I just add a small squeeze of lemon after the balsamic and olive oil. Always have home roasted pine nuts in a jar so throw some of those or sunflower seeds on top after mixing it.

As others have said, such a positive video in respect of food intake, as Joe S comments below once you start counting calories you can be cursed, it's very hard to stop counting! It just goes to show how different people can thrive on different diets. For me I would require 3X the amount of protein and fat to just survive, cutting back to about half those carbs. I have been vegetarian for 40 years and that is just me. A friend of mine eats like you and does great. Thanks for the vid...

it's so good - i'd recommend the oatly ones that are refrigerated (they do an equivalent of whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed), it's so much nicer than the ones in the uht section!

Nobody's answered this, so I will (or else google it). It has a lot of uses in cooking, not just for running nutrition. I first used it in making vegan cheese sauces, but have also used it as part of bread crumbs, or as salad topping. Can also put it in smoothies. Nutritional yeast: This yeast is grown specifically to be used as a food product. The yeast cells are killed during manufacturing and not alive in the final product. It is used in cooking and has a cheesy, nutty or savory flavor

Have your eating habits changed during the pandemic? I find that I dont run out to the grocery store to pickup one or two items anymore so meal planning takes more thought and deliberate planning

yes definitely. we always used to go to the shop every day pretty much without fail since we live right on top of one but that has definitely reduced recently and instead we just do a big shop every couple of weeks, fill the freezer and then just top up when we need to!

Hi Sarah, slightly random question but what milk frother & coffee machine do you use? I love a good latte or cappuccino and it would be great to be able to make a good quality one at home (I tend to use the sachet ones at the moment). Also have you tried different oat/nut milks do some froth up better than others? cheers! :-)

hey! the milk frother is called lavazzo modo mio and the coffee machine is just the basic nespresso one. and yes some non dairy milks don't froth at all! most of the refrigerated ones are good though, the non sweetened alpro ones work well but my fave is the oatly refrigerated semi or whole! so nice!!

hey gwen it's the petzl nao+, got it for christmas! it's a bit on the pricey side but its v bright and the red backlight is great. would also recommend the petzl bindi, or aktik if you don't need a backlight!
