Hey Sara don't take this as criticism just adding a value point to your research I've been watching Janelle eats in your shorts about coffees, she said that the pour over coffee tastes better because the beans are roasted to perfection and you don't get overwhelmingly bitter taste because the fruity taste of beans are retained also the filter coffee is the identity Indian authentic coffee if you'd like to add options please adopt these two because it's a psychological effect that your brain wakes and function to normal being because you wake up by yourself and prepare the coffee to kick start your day . Whatever you're doing you're doing great may the force of universe be with you ..#sarahsquad

Yes you’re right! Good Pour over coffees taste delicious and the method of making instant coffee does take away that fruitiness which is why most instant coffee is bitter. But that being said my coffee is Freeze dried instant coffee, bot spray dried hence the process is done and roasted in small batches and the flavour profile is stronger as opposed to other instant coffees. Then again you can’t compare two complete different coffee types and I’d love for Impulse to have pour overs someday too 😘
