Almost 10 years later, everything has changed. In Sarajevo , the railroad was completley rebuilt, that is, another part is begin reconstructed, but will be finished in August 2023, and the construction of a new section of 13 km has begun, and two more are planned. The new Stadler trams are arriving by the end of 2023, and the new battery - powered trolleybuses have arrived. Sarajevo is experiencing a major reform in public transport. Grettings from Sarajevo and welcome 🇧🇦🥰🤗

Oh, I'm surprised. Will there be a new tram route or is it just an idea? Is it official that the construction work will end in August? I have planned a trip to Sarajevo, however, many tram lines have not been operational in recent years due to construction work. Is an exact date known when all routes will be back in service? Thanks very much :-)
@bhspotter6967 Жыл бұрын
@@KT4Dani The contract for the construction of a new tram line to the Sarajevo settlement of Hrasnica was signed a few days ago and the works will start in a month at the latest. The length of the new route will be 7 km in one direction, and it will have 10 stations in one direction. The completion of the works is in 18 months. The reconstruction of the existing tram line officially ends on August 26, 2023. All lines after that day should be in operation, and the first Stadler tram of 15 on the new line should be found at the end of 2023. Grettings from Sarajevo 😃

No. Wien opened their tram neywork in 1865, 20 years before they opened it in Sarajevo (1885). The "first tramway" is just a made up myth to glorify the tram network but it is indeed beautiful and old.

@KT4Dani10 жыл бұрын
Ach nuja... Doch irgendwie rollts halt doch... :-)
@UdoKrawallo10 жыл бұрын
@KT4Dani10 жыл бұрын
@UdoKrawallo10 жыл бұрын
@KT4Dani10 жыл бұрын
