Respected Guruji, If the uchchesh which is conjucted with debilitated planet is combust, does even then Rajyoga will be applicable ? My daughter has combust Jupiter with debilitated Venus in 8th house of Virgo Sign. She has Aquarius ascendant. Her Nechchesh (Mercury) is in Kendra from both moon and lagnesh.

I've one pertinent question which no one has answered satisfactorily. If Venus is debilitated say in 7th house for Pisces Ascendant but is in conjunction with Sun which is involved in parivartan yoga with Mercury in 6th house.Will this parivartan yoga between Mercury and Sun activate Neechbhanga rajayoga for Venus planet?

Good question..logically it should whenever the parivartan effect takes place, i.e. in thier mutual dasha antardasha. Cannot say for sure as no one mentiones how/when the parivartan takes effect..
