I was in saransk while Russia wc2018 , beatyfull city and people was so nice and kind, beatiful girls 🥰, Moscow girls was not so nice as them 😑 I definitly come back to saransk someday 😍

Yeah, people in Moscow are busy trying to succeed in live. They live in Moscow specifically for that reason. So they may not be as nice and willing to help you out with something like giving directions.
