Oh dear Sarah, I would much rather come to your shop than go to the Christmas market. The shop is very charming…love it ! I agree with your plan to organically rejuvenate the farm beds and lightly till the soil. I live in Midwest USA and it is now cold and gardening is over for the year. I will need to watch you for my gardening enjoyment. 🙏❤️🎄

I really enjoyed walking around with you today. Your All Saints wreaths are lovely, I thought add some red berries and they'd be really nice for Christmas. Hope you find room for more parking, maybe up the side of the driveway. Side note...I love that your son called to ask about coming to help.

No bee hives here. I love bees but in the flower farm they may be a problem in early spring when they seek flowers in our greenhouses that we don’t want them to pollinate. It seemed a bit odd to me at first. I have hives in my two other gardens 🐝🐝🐝

Hello Sara, I was so pleased to take a trip around your nursery again, I loved your update. I think you mean that you want the beds outside to be 'no dig' we have a famous gardener here called Charles Dowding who has grown this way for years and encouraged people to do this. I love your tradition of the wreaths for All Souls Day (2ndNov) we don't have that tradition so much here. Your geraniums, I think might be scented pelargoniums. Do the leaves smell nice? They are becoming popular here with flower farmers because they add scent to a bouquet. I look forward to your next video and wish you a merry Christmas. Regards Margery

I also think you should have a stand at the Christmas market! It'll be a great way to get your nursery known to the public, and I'm guessing you'll sell a lot. Especially those amaryllis. The English term for the dark basement area for the tulips is cellar.

Thank you! We are at the market regularly Our products are very popular. Unfortunately it’s a very expensive way to sell things, considering the cost for work during preparations and time to sell. It’s much more effective for us to sell by the farm. Right now we do both things 😊

Sara, you were talking about your compost pile and what you added to it. You said you had silage in your pile. Here in the US , in the north east, our silage is ground up corn. I have many dairy cow farms in my area. They have huge piles of silage. I have talked to the farmers about getting some silage that is no longer usable for compost or heavy mulch on my beds and have been discouraged to do as as they say the corn silage is to acidic. Corn silage what you refer to in your compost piles or is it some other plant material? We also grind grass for animal feed, farmers call that haulage. I’m always looking for excess plant materials to use in my compost. I gather seaweed too. If I were to use silage that were acidic I would attempt to amends it with lime and add in manure etc. to help neutralize the acid. Can you tell me if you were referring to corn silage or some other ground plant? I enjoyed your November tour very much. I wonder have you heard of our US flower farm called Floret from Washington state out in the north west of our country? The women who runs it is amazing. She really does a fantastic job and is very generous in sharing knowledge. I’m sure you would enjoy her Website. Thank you so much Sara. Good luck with your plants and sales. Your shop was just lovely., Sandy Peterle

Hello! Love to see the changes and updates. Thank you for sharing with us! When you talk about what your plans are for the garden and improving the soil, without the heavy equipment, plow, only another gardener knows and can appreciate ALL the work that goes into that!! With time, I'm sure all this work will pay off. Have a wonderful holiday season! Was that one plant a Hellebore?? Everything is looking lovely! Happy gardening!

Sara, what a transformation you are making to this lovely nursery! I can see your fingerprints all over the space. If anyone can make a go of this business, it will be you! It’s lovely and so well organized. I wonder if it would be a good idea to make a little coffee shop space on the property, to give people another reason to come out to the nursery? It might be too much diversity of your efforts. I am just trying to think of a way to get people there. Sorry, I somehow missed this video when it came out. Also, I love your gardening pouch you have designed. I would like to purchase one, but do you ship to the US?

Rent a table at the Christmas market to represent your farm, may not sell much but will let people know about you. Again may be surprised at what will sell, make up table settings, gifts to take as house warming/dinner gifts for the Holliday's,,,,
