Thanks for the video, ladies. One thing to keep in mind is if you’re buying your home for the long term, it doesn’t matter if the market crashes because you will still also be in it when prices rise again and even surpass what you paid for it. This was my experience being in my home for 14 years. That said, sometimes life happens and your plans must change.

I totally agree with that perspective. There are many advantages to owning a home over the years including tax advantages.
