You need to look into stonebridge 3 inside of palmer ranch. They removed a ton of wetlands in the neighborhood for new construction right in the middle of stonebridge

Good video. When I came here I noticed that phillippi Creek was totally overbuilt with no riperian buffer zone. No surprise it flooded. It will flood again unless they remove houses near the creek.

It is one of the most expensive cities in Florida to live. Did you just recently move to Palmer Ranch? You did say in your experience... If you went to college, then you have what, one year of working and living on your own, experience?

That’s what this video is about. 3. Many of my clients are moving to Sarasota from larger cities. Majority are coming from New York, New Jersey, Salt Lake City, Boston, Sacramento Ect. And for them real estate prices in Sarasota are great, especially if they’re not getting taxed on income! Many are remote workers even! 4. Not that you care or it’s any of your business however, I have lived in Sarasota my entire life. All 23 years. I have lots of experience living and helping people move to this area. I’ve been in real estate for four years and prior to that I’ve been assisting my father even throughout my high school career as he’s been real estate agent for over 20 years. I know more about this town than any older agent who’s moved here in the last 8 years. Please try not to spread so much negativity. Just because you might not be able to afford living here doesn’t mean other people can’t! Have a great day 😊
