To those wondering why I always have bandaids on my fingers, my skin gets really dry so they peel. I cover it with a bandaid because it doesn’t look good in the camera lol. Don’t worrt about it. I try to moisturise it a lot. 🥰

The scars that you can't see are the hardest to heal! I love your self care reminders, I have been through three accidents and I am somehow alive, so whenever I think about my past I sometime go to depression, but your reminders always remind me that we should always look forward for the bright future ahead.

I love you so much for this I suffer with MDD and SAD. But by the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ he has change my life. I just begun doing doodles and Bible journaling. God is changing me in a way I never felt before. and this helps me express myself so peaceful and naturally. Just wanted to say thank you for the mental illness awareness. We are strong 💪 survivors.
