I used to give tech support for D-Link devices in APAC region where we used to give support for Power Line devices too, there are few things which have to be taken care before proceeding to buy these kits :- 1. You electrical wiring should be in a single phase, it does not work in houses with double phase. Desi bhasha me bola jaye to bijli ka meter ek hi hona chahiye. 2. Its better to pair devices in same room first and then take it to another room. Once devices are paired they don't disconnect, so once paired in same room, plug out second unit and plug it in a different room and it should be ready to go once connected. 3. Home light, (powerline indicator) should turn green, amber and red depending on the distance from the main unit. Green - Good || Amber - Fair || Red - Poor 4. You can extend power line units but for that there is no need to buy a pair, these should be available in single units too for extension purposes as you don't have to connect one more transmitter unit in order to further extend the powerline connectivity.

The difference in speed is because of wifi channel signal overlapping it has nothing to do with copper wires. You can change the channels in admin panel of router and make it different from other and problem may solve. Note - Check multiple channels and check and test speed as cross jammed has variations too.

I undersatand that both of the instruments should be in the same circuits/loop you will see that some house has multiple circuits like bedroom hall etc which will have seperate mcb. This will not work properly if you use different circuits

@@ArindamDebnath11 its like when you buy a vehicle , company claims 50km mileage but actually it gaves 35-40 mileage, same its link speed of 2.4ghz is limited to 300mbps but most of the older phones support 72 mbps link speed and hence we get only 52-55 mbps in best case . my laptop supports link speed 150 mbps but still it only goes to 95 mbps but when i connect it through lan cable i easily get 400-500 mbps

Tplink onemesh or deco mesh are 💯 times better solution. Wireline adapters are flop show as it depends on your internal electrical wiring. Deco mesh supports wireless and wired backhaul both and onemesh is for existing tp link users.

It is only kam chalau stuff, there are so many overhead. Wireless systems carry high ping on top of that coaxiable cables are slow too. This device uses combination of both, so you cannot expect a super high speed network if you have fast internet. It has just range nothing else. Better for massive house.

The Powerline adaptors are are just transferring packets your wifi signal through electrical wires not repeating it and the device itself is capable of receiving and transmitting only 2.4ghz wIFI (300mbps) OR upto 100MBPS via LAN ports. The reviewer did not mention the lan ports are of 100mbps only. If you look at the number of pins (4) Its a 100mbps LAN port.
