It made me happy to see you speak about mental health. I hate that we've stigmatized seeking therapy or help for our mental problems as 'psychiatrist ke paas pagal jaatey hain'. In my experience, therapy helped me get over the smallest of conflicts that used to pile up and push me over to the edge, so much so that i contemplated ending all of it and now it's been three years and i'm doing a lot better and changed my entire mindset. People need to understand that it's the small things that eventually lead to massive disasters and getting help is not shameful in any way

There are some veritable mental problems but mostly it's because the nation lacks faith. We have all gone astray.
