Ranveer on MasterChef is different from here because there he is being directed by the director of the show but here he is completely himself. He is real and impromptu without any script.

Hi Ranveer, thank you for taking me back to my roots. In the race for making rich and fancy dishes , we are forgetting gajar mattar ki sabji, shakhaon ki sabhi , bringing fresh vegetables from the farm, eating gajar while peeling and loving the taste of freshness. Everything you do and say is nostalgic and brings back memories of my childhood. My kids grew up in the USA and never experienced such moments and that’s heart breaking. I watch your show whenever Im having a crazy day and need therapy to calm my nerves. You definitely know how to make people smile. Keep up the good work.

Same here. 2hrs ago I was so stressed studying QUANTUM PHYSICS.. I cried also for sometimes. Then opened KZbin and watched one of his videos. Then again I studied for 2hrs peacefully. I tried your recipe for carrot mutter sabji exactly the way to explained. It came out very well. My son loved it, who genrally don't like the normal dry subji in South indian mannar that I make with coconut. Thanks for this wonderful and at the same time simple recipe.

.... Dont know how to describe U and your efficacy.. unreal untrue unbelievable.. in one word an Inspiration.. I make this vege exactly the same way u have shown just that instead of onion I put a little bit kasoori methi.. I believe it's one of the most underrated spices.. one more thing there are chefs and there is U, a complete harmony of happiness and peace..

Chef my favorite recipe nd specialty is gajar wale meethe chawal with lots of dryfruits... Hv you ever tried it... You ll the aroma of laung.. Tejpatta, illaychi, nd the crunchy dryfruits nd of course the beautiful colour of the dish in desi ghee... Phir nahi kahiyega ki humne bataya nahi... Bless you... Try it out..

Ranveer when you smile is million, and that smile multiply more relish to the recipe you prepare. Basically my aunts prepare gajar-matar a lot with green chilli, it's my favorite but she didn't add water in cooking.

Love 💕 from the UK. We tried this recipe with slight changes (mustard oil instead of ghee). It was amazing. Pakki sardi ki khushbu. Also humaara sheher kaafi bada hai par yahan ke gajar bhi bahut meethey hain.

Once my history teacher ask, how your history subject became so good. My answer to him was simple its all because of our professor Chef Ranveer Brar. And he like what Chef can be history professor 😂😂.
