Is there any negligence done by him or you have just heard that he practices medicine... if his medicine is working on people then definitely he has the knowledge.. hamare purane jo hakeem the unke paas konsi degree hua krti thi. Wo smell dekh kr dawai ka kya asar ho skhta hai bata dete the... Apko is trah se kisi ki zindagi mai dakhal andaazi nahi krni chahiye thi unless koi case samne aya ho.
