Prabhudeva as a director always gets mixed reviews. His movies fall into the genre of "masala" films which are action comedies with a bit of romance, but the action is one punch and the guy goes flying 50 feet. He is much bigger in the south for his acting, I would recommend you react to one of his acting performances first. Side note: It is always fun to rewatch this music video and then just focus on what the background dancers are doing, its really cool

By directing wanted movie Prabhudeva lifted Salman khan's career.And Prabhu Deva is Tamil actor so watch his Tamil movies. His "mercury" movie is recent one and that one is the India's first silent thriller movie. I liked that movie very much. Another one is Tutak tutak tutiya (Hindi), Devi(l)(Tamil), Abhinetri(Telugu). These threes are same movies with different language. With this Devi(l) movie which was released in 2016 he made his come back to acting after 12 years of gap. Before that he was always behind the camera as a director or choreographer. You can also watch his acted ABCD movie. That one is also god
