You can use in Public if you have audience like in a live Orchestra, but not on online platforms like KZbin, Facebook etc. Your Video will get Copyright Strike and will be removed, multiple Copyright violations can even cause your channel deleted. There's no remedy for Copyright YET for you Singers or Stage Artists on Online Plateforms.
