I've always been a big MOTU fan. Nice score. As far as the original Furby goes, there's a tiny reset button on the bottom. Try pressing it (with a straightened paperclip) to reset the Furby's talking mechanism. Sometimes that helps to reboot it and get it functioniong properly again.

I'll have to give that a shot, thanks!

Hello, I have been binge watching your videos, and I kept saying to myself you look familiar. My wife told me you had an article a few years back about selling donated magic the gathering cards. How does one go from that to not just opening a store, but to have so much vintage stuff in such a short time period? You are living my dream life.

Hey Tommy, thanks for checking out our channel. You are correct we got started selling cards about 9 years ago and have grown since. It's taken a lot of work and a little luck. I wish we would have started shooting vid from the get go, there where def a lot of ups and a LOT of downs on the road but I wouldn't change it since it has taken us to where we are now. We are just getting started and are dreaming up some big stuff for the future.

That Corvair fire car is cool! I missed out on the police car version a long time ago, and have been looking for one since.

Scare Glow, Randor, Buzz Saw Hordak, Mosquitor, Snake Face, Orko, Sorceress, Flying Fists He-Man, Terror Claws Skeletor, Original He-Man, Battle Armor Skeletor, Faker, and Prince Adam would all be at the top of my list if I were buying loose vintage.

All good ones to keep an eye out for.

“Filthy toys” sounds like the name of a 1980s heavy metal band… 🤣

I separate products into 3 groups. Collectibles, Peripherals and then Sundries. Collectibles: Action Figures, Ships, Playsets of the Actual Characters. Peripherals: Restaurant Toys, Foosball tables, Posters of the Actual Characters. Sundries: Shampoo, Band Aids, Toothpaste, Puzzles and the like. The Sonic Ball would fall under Peripherals for me. I hate to see collections with Sundries in it. Just my opinion. Good work on the Store. I live up in Ludington, MI and might take the trip down sometime.

Thanks, I find a lot of the odd ball stuff sells pretty well. Hope you make it down sometime!

Great video as usual. Any suggestion on how to best clean the motu figures? Your suggestions are warmly welcomed. Best.

Most of the time dish soap and water with an old tooth brush will do the trick.

When I was a kid I always hated those half squatted legs. I always tried to straighten them because it irritated me

I don't understand how someone can part with their childhood collection. In my case I sold most of it when I divorce my first wife and I kept a few things and since then my collection has increased in size to where it was before my divorce and in better shape and I put a lot of money and time into my collection and I can never see myself selling it. I might sell one or two duplicate items to buy other things. It would break my heart if I had to sell my collection.

Some people connect with different things from there childhood and the toys don't have the same connection other things did.
