I am completely in sync with you when you talk about having a routine, but having plenty of room to switch things up and feel that freedom and peace. Bullet Journaling and journaling in general, especially collage journaling is a wonderful escape for me no matter what I am going through. Yes, the happier I am the less I journal. That should not be the case and I am trying to remember to change that but I just realize that is me. I remember to log the things that made me happy after a few days so they don't get lost, but it would be better to journal them the day of. Oh well, we are all a work in progress. The spreads you created are gorgeous, as usual. :) I have missed the TN size videos like this.

I quit Facebook and Instagram 2 years ago and have never looked back. I use KZbin to inspire and educate myself with new creative skills or fitness routines. I take an exercise class three times a week and schedule times in my week to read or work on my bullet journal....humans like and need routine, from the time we are babies. It makes us feel grounded and secure and when not having to worry about minute decisions in your day (because you have a set routine) your brain is free to work on bigger and better things.
