For Tomato Pappu:
1 cup Soaked Tovar Dal
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2.5 cups Water
3 Tomato cubes
2 slit Green Chilies
Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Tamarind Water
For Tempering:
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
2 Dry Chilies
1 tsp Chana dal
1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Cumin
4-5 crushed Garlic pods
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
1 Onion choppings
For Beerakaya Roti Pachadi:
2 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Peanuts
add 12-15 Green Chilies
3 Tomato cubes
gooseberry size soaked Tamarind
Salt
2 tbsp Oil
2 cups ridge gourd cubes
Oil
Mustard, Chana dal, Urad dal, Cumin, Dry chili Crushed Garlic pods, Curry leaves & Fry
1/4 tsp Turmeric
For Potato Fry:
water
1/2 kilo Potato Cubes
Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric
fist full Coriander choppings
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Cumin
15 Garlic pods
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
