What I find scary is that when you lose HP seals from letting enemies die as a result of the tile lock attack. It counts them as if you say... lost a civilian. As if you letting them get re-assimilated by Amiya is worse than killing them on your own. Is that looking too deep? Probably but its interestingly scary nonetheless. Also this boss being able to bring back already assimilated beings to fight for her has some very interesting implications. This means that in THEORY Amiya could become strong enough to bring others back from assimilation. Perhaps a poor frozen white rabbit?

I'm going to assume you don't read at all while playing Arknights. These types of scenarios have their own explanation on why multiple bosses or mini bosses are on the field at once. For example, take the 4th ending of IS4. That has it's own explanation with it being that you arrived in the middle of Lugalzargus and Kharanduu's battle. As for why Amiya is summoning all of these bosses, I assume it has something to do with the Assimilated Universe. As a similar effect happened during chapter 14.
