I love listening to different versions of Hinduism - Sadhguru, Osho, Yogananda , Shivapurana, Amish Tripathi, Devdutt Pattnaik and aethists too. Each time I get astonished. There are so many similarities and some stark differences too. This is how we can do our best to understand our own reality. Listen to many but follow no one but our own experiences🙏

Please it's a request. Do not follow Devdutt Patnayak. He's a distortion. He tells his twisted & manipulated stories to fit the narrative of defaming Hinduism & presenting it as Mythology. His translations are very wrong so avoid following him. He has already been exposed on Rajiv Malhotra's youtube channel.

I know what are you talking about. He is telling his interpretations. Honestly that's good. I know some of his tweets are controversial but the fact remains he talks logic only. He doesn't go beyond logic. As a reader or listener, I understand his limitation. And I don't go by his version of Hinduism and practically no one should. We have to seek our own way, rely on our own perception and experiences, if you are lucky enough you will find your Guru. I have found mine. I listen to Devdutt Pattnaik ji just for fun and for knowing a different permutation and combination of Hinduism. That's it. 😀🙏

"rebirth and uncertainty; there are no guarantees" - two key concepts of Indian thought .. there is no right way (and therefore there is no wrong way), and there is diversity (46:45) "so diversity is rooted in the idea of rebirth" . . . "justice is not a Hindu concept" (1:03:10) . . . "you cannot control the world" (1:13:00) and we desire control because we can't handle uncertainty, the fact that we are not significant (1:16:00) "but we are of value to the other- this is the only real . . . I can bring value to other people's lives" (1:16:36).

The parallels (civilizations) of Mo-hinja daro and Harrapa here in India which are in somewhere in Himachal and near Ludhiana which existed at the same time (thus parallels) had burials. Skeletons of humans were excavated recently and were found to be systematic along with their belongings (pottery and other stuff; cant infer the other belongings in detail). These same people were found (through genome studies) to be of a unique gangetic race and not related to the aryan race. What would you say about burials for this local gene?
