Meepcity's intention was for people to hang out and find friends, not to OD and do not TOS friendly stuff. Alex Newtron can't really do much about what players do inside of his game because everybody finds a way to break Roblox's TOS anyways. And for him profiting off the game, that makes a lot of sense, let's be honest, if your game was a popular one and is still getting so many plays after years, then I feel like you should profit off of it, it's your game anyway.
