You must submit a tax return and declare the medical aid separately in the tax return. Just remember that SARS do not give tax advice or answer difficult tax questions, there are merely there to enforce the Tax Acts and collect taxes. Anything that falls outside or contrary to that mandate is not part of their service offering.

It works for me, but I'm not sure if it will work for you - I have a video on YT to get your Tax Clearance Certificate. Another solution is to backdate your PC to 11/01/2021 and use Google Chrome to follow the same steps.

Hi Andre, just came across your channel, thanks for the valuable information you provide, just subscribed. Have you ever experienced something like this when trying to submit Company Income Tax? I get the following messages; 1. Notice: SARS eFiling has released the new functionality for the 2021 Filing Season. To allow time for SARS to verify the employee tax certificates submitted, the SARS eFiling income tax return submission service will be available from 1 August 2021. 2. Kindly confirm that this entity has terminated its' activities and is in the process of deregistering. Therefore, this is the final return being submitted by the entity. (Does this have to do with CIPC Annual Returns, because if it does, everything is up to date.) So basically I cannot submit my ITR14 because I cannot get to the form, due to those messages. Will appreciate your valuable feedback on this.

How do I get this browser to work with other websites? I had to generate a fake SA ID, and fake SA phone no., but finally it works. However, it bans me to use other sites. These guys are geniuses for doing this, only they need to open the whole internet for users who want to use flash. I don't care about threats, I only want that site to continue working. Adobe & the rest are assholes for not allowing flash anymore. I know a site that accurately simulates 1/4 mile times & trap speed based on accurate vehicle inputs like dimensions, gearing, torque curve etc.. I NEED it, but it only runs on flash. Or does anybody know any browser that would allow me to use websites that only use flash?
