This family enjoys some of the best home made cuisine on earth. I've travelled through 41 countries in the past 4 years enjoying different foods and this is one of my favorite channels. I enjoyed some Makki Ki Roti and Saag in Himachal recently, its probably one of the best dishes on earth. The cob ovens, the manner in which this family gently prepares their meals and enjoys a quiet meal-they teach us many valuable lessons about the simple pleasures in our daily lives. His Makki Ki Roti looks perfect, I am envious as I watch this from Vietnam.

Now, can this be more authentic and tasy!? Corn grounded using the old fashioned way using a 'chakki', green leaves picked up fresh, cooked in clay pot over wood fire. Fresh milk used to make curds and then churned using old school techniques to make thick tasty butter without any additives or chemicals. City folks would pay thousands to have this delicious and hearty Vegan meal!
