What is Hindutva? India as a Nation was not born on August 15 1947, India is a continuing civilization with a Milleniea old Continuity more than a few thousand years lived civilizational experience. Hindutva is a intellectual, political, socio response of the Hindus to prevent itself and themselves against aggression. Therefore Hindutva cannot be dominating, because Hinduism is a victim of Aggression. Hindutva by its very nature cannot be agressive, because the very response to Hindutva emanated to be defensive. British were afraid of Mahatmas movement and the Muslims.The typical way of British arrest a man with long term jail punishment then show liniency if you do our dirty work. And Savarkar was very dutifully loyal to British and helped to snuff off the worlds greatest man of his time Mahatma Gandhi. The son of India, the greatest man the world has seen. It is so foolish not to be able to know how poisonous Savarkar was and his ideology was.

They should have called Vikram Sampath to talk on Savarkar. Vikram's book (SAVARKAR: Echoes from a forgotten past) opened my eyes on Savarkar and his life struggles. Rahul is clearly biased and he gives the 3 leftists more time to speak and cuts nigam and the other guys short whenever they speak. I cannot even stand the lies these leftists propagate in the garb of intellectual gate keeping. I recommend everyone to read Vikram Sampath's book on Savarkar to get a neutral view into Savarkar's life.
