Can't download SAS UE from the website now..it's telling me United States export laws preclude sas institute inc from providing this content to you

That's a new one, as it has been working for a long time. Works for me fine until now (I am in Oman), www.sas.com/en_us/software/university-edition/download-software.html#windows

How to I solve the invalid settings error

at what step in the video you get this error? I never seen it during my installation of both the VirtualBox & SAS UE

@@alyahyai the last step, when we select the folder SASuniversityedition. There is an error which reads as remove the acceleration from the system option.I did that and still the same msg pops up

@@lydialukose3237 Thank you. I did not face this problem, but I suggest you disable the Acceleration in the settings of VirtualBox Manager. Trial 1: 1- Go to VirtualBox Manager (where you installed SAS UE). 2- Click Settings (the orange wheel) 3- Click on the Systems tab 4-Select the Acceleration tab (there are also two tables, Motherboard, Processor) 5-Choose None (Paravirtualization Interface) & uncheck the Hardware Virtualization box. Trial2: In VirtualBox Open the VM Settings and then display tab. Disable the Enable 3D Acceleration checkbox (See here: wavebox.io/kbres/wavebox-in-virtual-machine/hwacceleration_virtualbox.png ) I hope this works for you.
