Most of the time she uses Tostitos cheese sauce and just melts some extra cheese in it. Otherwise I'd imagine it's just melted cheese with a bit of milk to make it creamy.

The basic cheese sauce that I know of just needs 4 ingredients. First, melt some butter on a pan, add flour then milk to make a roux (I just eyeball it hihi). Then add cheese ( I prefer a mix of mozzarella and cheddar), mix around to melt. aaaand you're good to go!
