Ok, so this is your first time eating crawfish. I'm from the south and we boil our crawfish in zatarains seasonings along with onion, garlic and whatever else we like. We also add the corn, sausage and potatoes. It's not a boil without all those ingredients including the dipping sauce. It gets messy but soooo good!!And we love it spicy. Nice video😊

I tried it for the first time its really good I'm in love with it now. It's tasted like shrimp just. Without a strong shrimp flavor of that makes since. Don't be scared to try it. I like dipping them in a bit of clarified butter and drizzled with lemon.

It’s called crawfish and it’s mostly a Louisiana thing. The way it’s made is like in a boil with Cajun seasoning. It is one of the best thing to eat during the spring which is when it’s crawfish season, I’m from Texas and we eat it all the time during that time, I’ve never had it frozen. But you should do a crawfish boil with live crawfish, it will change your world!
