before any of you write a generic comment about how you would love to eat for a living and not gain weight, just know that: - sas asmr works out every day (she also has a workout routine vid on her channel) - kyokwang asmr and EATINGBIO asmr works out for hours every day so he can eat the foods in his mukbang - stephanie soo works out every day (also has a video on her blog channel) - chiyoon asmr and the other bodybuilding asmr channel (his name is korean idk) are ectomorphs and therefore need to eat a lot of food to maintain their bulked physique people dont seem to realise that youtubers actually have a life outside their youtube videos. you have to put in effort to have a channel like this otherwise you'll end up like nikocado avocado

Most mukbangers/asmrists workout a lot after each video, and/or they have a good metabolism, a good metabolism they were born with, or they boost their metabolism in the morning. (One way to boost your metabolism is going for a run, ex; working out.) But some mukbangers/asmrists do *not* care about their weight, such as: Nikocado Avocado, TrailerTrashTammy, etc. But yes, a large abundance of mukbangers/asmrists have an extraordinary metabolism, so I 100% agree with this comment. Usually, since mukbang originates from Asian countries, Asians are well known for having fast metabolisms due to their healthy eating style (don’t @ me, because not all, for example.. me.) But I totally agree of this, and that people should stop saying “is anybody else wondering how (name here) is *SO* skinny (fat free) even after eating so much food?!” And then puts a joke at the end like “I feel like if I even breathe I gain weight!!” So people who comment those should read your comment before commenting something like that.
