It sounds like the whole part is shifted one 1 quarter note later on the grid. I was counting the bars but the last bar was 3/4. After reading this comment, the whole section is in 4/4 but i have trouble to unhear and listen to it the proper way.

@@matenorth Yes. The 1 is the high reverby single note on each bar. The song does skip random half beats throughout to serve percussive expression, as well.
