We eat bangers for breakfast with English bacon (less crispy and more soft than American bacon), eggs (usually fried or scrambled) grilled tomato and mushrooms, baked beans, fried bread and sometimes black pudding, it's called a 'full English' breakfast
@sardemari9 жыл бұрын
Sounds pretty healthy! Lol in comparison to horrid American breakfast 😂
@lavatube80609 жыл бұрын
+Luna Sardella Hi Luna, I feel the need to clarify what you said...it depends which breakfast you are referring to. There are many different cultures with their version of the american breakfast. It also depends which 'america' you're referring to, because there's north and south America. If you meant the U.S., the traditional "bacon and eggs,toast and coffee or orange juice", was the basic one from the '60s and before. But from the 70's onward, it's changed a lot. Today's breakfast is more about the "smoothie" and healthier options than in past decades for many people. There are those that still eat the unhealthy options, but I think that's changed a lot. Hope you have a lovely day :-)

The UK Cadbury chocolate doesn't taste much like the older version since it was bought out by Craft, which is an american company. Personally speaking it tastes like shit now
@lavatube80609 жыл бұрын
+murray Lochrie I'm from the US and I absolutely agree with you!! I've been eating Cadbury for decades (the true Cadbury from the UK) and when Kraft/Hershey's started producing it for the US market, it was completely different. Not rich and creamy, just too sugary. I guess I'll have to travel to Canada to get the better chocolate from the UK (assuming they will have imports from the UK, unless it was blocked in their country as well). Kraft is the worst!!

Great video, as always. One thing to mention though: In the UK, we don't separate our bangers and mash like you have with the food tray. The presentation is normally a big dollop (or mountain) of mash, with a large helping of gravy or baked beans over the top, and sausages on the side. You can even mix the beans with grated cheese if you're doing the dish without gravy; it's delicious!

Another FYI Fun Fact: I Googled about the Irish Banger. "The Irish and English sausages (aka Bangers) are very much alike in taste, texture and presentation. They are usually made with pork meat, but may sometimes include beef added into the mixture. Both include a filler of some sort as a requirement along with herbs and garlic. Irish sausages contain eggs and “rusk” (a variety of breadcrumb) while English sausages have only breadcrumbs."
