I just purchased an adult colouring book last Thursday...I got Millie Marott's Animal Kingdom. Can't wait to start colouring in all the wonderful designs. They are becoming very popular. I liked the turning of the pages and whispering of all things. :) There are red sun flowers around. Beautiful warm red with browny black centres..Helianthus Annus (lol at the last name...bit too close to something else for my liking.) and yeah..I had to look that up, not too good at remembering botanical names.

+Deez Kneez ASMR There are so many on Amazon to choose from. I have three now and so many pages to color. :) They are popular and I really do find coloring in them extremely relaxing. They are supposed to promote mindfulness (like meditation does) and that is good for our minds and general well-being. I looked up the sun flowers later on in the video and found my error. :D I knew they didn't look right.
