Kinder Eggs are actually illegal in the United States, according to the 1938 Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, which disallows the sale of any candy that contains toys. I guess you got lucky, because if the kinder egg had been found, you would have been fined and the Kinder Egg would've been confiscated.

Welcome back! Those Kinder eggs remind me of something we used to have here in the US as kids. They were round chocolate hallow balls with sweet tartish candies inside in the shapes of different cartoon characters but I don't think they make these anymore.

+Melinda Garcia I think the desserts beat all. My favorite was the Sachertorte. The goulash was good, too. We also ate a lot of other foods, like pho, kebab, pizza, and pasta. As you guys know, I like variety when it comes to food. :D I really overdosed on breads, desserts, and chocolate. Every day we had something baaaaad. But with all the walking it didn't do any damage. I just got on the scale this morning and I even lost a pound. :D I loved the public transportation there. Every bus and train was on time to the minute. L..A. sucks when it comes to that.
