She was the first person that introduced me to ASMR. The good days when she had to put a warning at the beginning of her videos because people were still unfamiliar with ASMR and eating sounds. Also the good days when people would comment wondering what this "eating show" was all about. Crazy to see how ASMR is very popular now and how far along it's gone when just a few years ago it was still fairly new and many people discovered it through her. So sad ):

One of my favorite SassE videos. To me SassE looks like she just got home from work and grabbed a pizza on the way. The cat meow when the anchovies are opened. Til I found this video from youtube 6 years ago I thought for many years I was weird. I loved listening people eat or whisper and got chills from those sounds. One sleeples night I desided to try found some explanation for my weirdness and I found ASMR and I found oldladyasmr. I still remember how thankfull and exited I was. +becca ann me Neither. It's like I find eating a bit "boring" (but I like to eat). I just eat if Im hungry. But even hungry I need to be doing something else: watching a movie, reading, playing a game, writing or just eat talking with someone. For me, eating alone is boring, just a need to survive. But that is also Cultural, in my family, food was never the "center of attention" just a way to be healthy. I guess (I am not a Psychiatrist, other Speciality ) and also maybe at job (ICU) we eat quickly and get back to work. I need to find "the joy" of eating. Is there a Psychologist in the room? lol
