​@@nidhinkrishna5726found it only now. Shastha means the 'one who gives shasanam' or decrees. It also means the one who is beyond any royal decrees,meaning the one beyond mundane world. The devotees who go there say 'tatvamasi'- the devotee abd the object of devotion becomes one,beyond the constructions of Maya/mundane world. Hope that helps.
