Sasuke Rinnegan Dimension Teleportation is better than Obito's Kamui because he can go to any dimensions, but Obito can only access to Kamui Dimension, but we've seen that Obito accessed to Kaguya's Sand Dimension to rescue Sasuke, Obito was able to access that dimension because he went into one of those dimensions of Kaguya which is connected to all other dimensions of her and it requires so much Chakra to open it through Obito's Mangekyou Sharingan.

Yes he has two Mangekyou Sharingan, one has Kamui ability for nearby things and other had for far ranges, the far range Kamui is Kakashi's one and nearby Kamui is Obito/Tobi's one, Obito had Hashirama cells which allowed him to spam those all day long. Obito simple keeps his Kamui on standby due to immense chakra from Hashirama cells and sends any part of his body into Kamui dimension and returns back again so it looks like attack passed through him, we've seen that when Naruto, Kakashi and Guy fought Obito in War, Guy attacked him with his knucle blades through his mask so, Obito sent it to Kamui Dimension at same time Kakashi sent Naruto Clone with Rasengan to Kamui so he got the mask of Obito in Kamui dimension and smashed Rasengan to break his mask.

Nah the result would be same, its because ishiki (and most of the newer gen enemies tbh) are more of a counter to them, he can pretty much nullify any jutsu they throw at him because of his ability, and most of naruto's destructive capabilities are from the crazy rasengan variants he has which would be useless against ishiki that's why this fight was mostly physical and ishiki is not a slouch in that department either. This version of naruto and sasuke are stronger overall than their shippuden counterparts but they got countered hard, that plus the fact that the show doesn't really give them more spotlight where they either not holding back or countered or just being more aware made them look nerfed. Overall ishiki has way better stats while the two got at least more than half of their arsenal void. Would they have won if ninjutsu was usable? Against this version of ishiki? likely as they already made his body weaker in this fight without using much ninjutsu. Against a full powered ishiki however maybe not idk.

Let me explain Naruto always have six path, he just does not have the gudoudama, look at him, he can fly etc, it's just the enemies are getting strongger, but i think for sasuke, they overnerf him. I don't like this series bc they don't respect Kishimoto's decision to not continue the series. Especially their writing is not as good as naruto. But they are actually strongger rn, even adult Sasuke could beat madara alone with one hand.
