If you are to gauge the skill of a swordsman in Naruto or any other series, it doesn’t get better than contending against an elderly Samurai general & displaying sheer dominance, if even momentarily. What’s funny is that, that’s not even where Sasuke peaked as a sword-master. The guy goes on to clash with Kin Otsutsuuki in a display of violent Kenjutsu backed by monstrous strength with one-arm & do just fine.

Hanzo struggled against this guy, the same Hanzo that made the sannin's name literally (he named dem). And sent Nagato into a spiral

What if the samurai chakra sabre technique form their chakra blades into Warhammer or war axe (just like in the manga version) were used instead with just a chakra aura surround the sword. I wonder how destructive would it be to block it

unpopular opinon. Sasukes fight against killer bee avtually showed off Sasukes sword skills just as much as Bees. The fact that he was able to keep up with Bee who was using 7 blades shows how good he is at kenjutsu, while using one sword.

To be fair we have no idea how long it took sasuke to master his sword skills either. He came back after the time skip pretty much kage level at everything taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu. He only gained more hacks as the series went on. But he used the same hebi sasuke speed that he used to blitz diedara, to blitz 1 eyed juubidara in the war arc.

Boruto currently has all of Momoshiki's fighting experience downloaded into his brain so that makes Sasuke's job a whole lot easier. Cause he's basically teaching a war veteran with 1000 years of experience how to use a sword. It's far easier than teaching a kid.

There’s just so much to digest here… one Kakashi taught Sasuke a move even Orichimaru couldn’t get him to stop using. Two Sasuke is casually nerfing himself and still at the upper levels of abilities. Three this is a normal dude, no magic spirit animal backing him up or giving him more chakra when he’s low. Just imagine if Sasuke actually had a tailed beast inside him. It could be the one tails and Naruto’s as good as done for.
